Changed your mind about your purchase?

We aim for your total satisfaction so if you changed your mind about a product you just purchased, you can return or exchange it within 15 days after receipt of the product. Just make sure that it is returned in its original packaging and is in its original condition. Furthermore, for returns due to “change of mind,” customers shoulder the original and return shipping costs. A refund or replacement will be issued after we received the product and checked its condition. 

Got a faulty, defective or incorrect item?

Of course, we highly encourage you to return it to us as soon as possible, no later than 15 days after receipt. Please contact us ASAP so we can process your return. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty and incorrect products. The replacement or refund will be processed once we get the faulty product.

As mentioned, we accept returns up to 15 days after receipt. Returns will not be accepted if you notify us about your concern beyond 15 days.

Items need to be in their original packaging. They should also be undamaged and unmarked.

Once you receive your package, carefully unpack it to preserve its original packaging. Inspect the product thoroughly for any manufacturer or shipping defects before you install it.

Sportsman 4×4 is not responsible for damage that may occur during installation.

If you notice any defect or you changed your mind right after unpacking, contact us ASAP. 

Before sending products back to us, contact us so we can authorise the return. Make sure you have all the details ready, including order number, your reason for returning, and photos of the issues/defect (if return is due to faulty product). 

Once the return is authorised, you will receive a confirmation with the return instructions and details.
